Another day is coming. I still have a lot going on in my mind and want to get rid of it. Constantly trying to get back that relaxed feeling I had after the MovNat training. Where the whole world was just a place designed to have fun. Just like in the improv classes. Yesterday was the last day of our official training. We'll have 2 other sessions until Fridays show and I feel like I'm going to need it. I still need to relax more, don't take it too seriously. But still...I have so many questions. Why do I always have this awkward stressed feeling? It's so unnecessary. A complete waste of my resources. I'll do some visualizations on that.
And not just on that. I found out that the visualization exercises we do at Katinka are pretty powerful. I came into a messed up mental state quite often and yesterday I realized that these are STORIES that stuck in my head and I identified myself with some of them. My goal is to find them and let them go.
I do it right now because finally the flat is silent.

My first MovNat training and speech to teach
Yesterday I went to my first ever MovNat training and it was incredible. We ran, jumped, crawled, climbed on trees, wrestled, lifted heavy logs induvidually and in team, carried each other on the back, balanced on tree branches and finally arrived to Erzsebet belvedere in 5 hours of constant moving. We climbed the stairs and on top of the building we made an amazing photo with eachother. It was a memorable moment. I'm so glad I went to this training.
Unfortunately Rebekah could not make it due to some winter illness. Who knows, maybe it's better this way. But... focus on the present and target the future.
The next challenge will be this afternoon. I have to give a speech to teach something to my fellow students of the public speaking workshop. The outline of the speech is 80% ready. I still need to finish it, but I can do it. For this I need to start working on it immediately. Will continue writing this post later.
Or not... just start a new one.

First public speaking session
Today I ran my part of the Global 5K event. It was kinda exhausting, but I don't know why. I've ran in the mountains countless times and reached quite nice running speed and when I get to simple plain ground with 100% concrete roads I get tired really fast. Actually the early time of the day could have caused this. Whenever I go for a run it's already dark out there and I have a day of work behind me. My body and my mind is also warmed in. I think this could be important to have a focused and well delivered training. The point is, I completed the challenge. Now I'm curious about the statistics. The people at Runkeeper say that they will provide us some kind of stats from the data they received from all over the world. Though I was a little bit disappointed, because after I accomplished the challenge I didn't receive anything. Usually they send me emails about any little achievement but now I've got nothing. I feel a little bit forgotten and I even thought to mention this feeling with them. However I've got more important things to do.
For example to go to my first public speaking workshop. Peter held the study group and it was REALLY GOOD! Unfortunately I can't say the same for my on stage performance :D But that's ok. That's why I went there :) I realized how hard it is to speak in front of a group in a non native language. I have to have my thoughts completely clear to be able to form the sentences. I couldn't clear them in my mind. I guess this was caused mostly from stress and the lack of proper attention to a single topic. From now on I know, that I have to put myself more into these kinds of experiences so with time I can get used to it. One step at a time I'll walk up the stairs and reach the summit. Today I realized how many steps I have and I'm happy that this became visible to me. One thing I really hate is when I'm blind (so to speak). When I can't see the things in front of me or the things IN me. These kind of experiences are so enlightening and are filling me up with a lot of joy and energy. Once somebody said, "You can't defeat an enemy you can't see.". That's so true in this situation too. Fortunately for the next 8 weeks or so (because of the holidays there will be a break) I'll have the opportunity to work on my skills and be better from week to week. And after two months of practice I'll be able to speak in public in English freely, confidently with great enthusiasm and express myself the way I want.
Now I'm going to create a mind map from the notes I took at the class and use the fresh experience to organize my thoughts to the right place. :)
Go Tiggy Go! :)
